This is our fully-outsourced service providing you with proactive management for all of your IT support and computer needs.
The Care Plan includes regular and scheduled support, as well as emergency cover, with access to our team for proactive onsite and remote support.
We also offer the option to purchase blocks of hours upfront for use as and when needed on a ‘pay as you go’ basis. This gives you the benefit of lower costs and less paperwork, with full access to our skilled support team as needed.
How iTEXS Support works
Our team offers support on-site as well as remotely, giving you flexible options for all your devices across your business.
If you are having new IT equipment supplied and installed, or your current system cannot connect for remote IT support, then an on-site visit is often needed.
In this case our engineers will visit you at the agreed time and location to complete the work.
You may also want a regular monthly site visit from one of our team just to conduct routine checks and maintenance.
In many instances we do not need to visit your site; with remote access tools and permission, we are able to access your systems to diagnose and repair, maintain, install or upgrade your devices and software settings as needed.
This is a fast, cost-effective service that gives you visibility on support activity in real time.
Remote support works for most operating systems and software packages, is secure and only requires access to the Internet.
Sometimes repairs may be required that cannot be carried out on-site. In these instances, we will bring the machines back to repair or upgrade them in our workshop.
