About Us - IT Support Services from Experts
iTEXS was established in July 2002 with the aim of providing computer services to companies in the Cambridgeshire, Essex, Suffolk & Herts area.
Since then we have established a reputation for delivering high quality computer services to over 100 organisations in and around the region.
We pride ourselves on our very high client retention rate, because we know that you will only stay with someone who meets your computing needs completely.
We offer our services as either an ongoing support contract (typically for larger companies), or a Pre-Paid option for businesses that have less frequent needs.
But in all cases we believe in the quality of our services, and our IT Support is designed to meet your needs not ours; the length of time that our clients stay with us will hopefully give you the confidence to get in touch and talk to us.

iTEXS has been involved in many specialist projects as well as the typical IT Support work you might expect:
Cancer Research UK (CRUK)
iTEXS provided staff to CRUK so that they could complete the rollout of new PCs and laptops to their staff, this allowed CRUK to complete the work without having an impact on their ability to provided day-to-day IT support. iTEXS had a member of staff working at the CRUK offices under their process for several weeks at a time.
Crossrail
During the earlier years of the Crossrail project, iTEXS was involved in cabling providing networking for the centralised offices and some of the building movement sensors, we worked as part of a project team in and around Kings Cross. Our primary role was to connect up over ground sensors and transceivers to the main data recording server.
