iTEXS supplies ongoing support contracts - Care Plans

The Care Plans provided by iTEXS are operated as a rolling month contract - so you only need to give 30 days notice if you wish to stop.

When on a Care Plan we can provide support by sending an engineer to your premises, remotely access your systems or helping you over the phone

Your Care Plan can be changed to reflect your business needs. So, as you grow and need extra support the plan can be expanded to suit.

At only £95+VAT per hour iTEXS can be there in an emergency even when you don’t have a support contract with us. Giving you piece of mind that your computers will be put right so you can carry on working.

If you only need occasional non urgent support then just use us by the hour, with rates starting from only £59+VAT per hour for on-site or remote work you will get the skills you need when you need them.

If you have a specific project to complete (such as installing a new server) iTEXS can provide you with a fully costed proposal (for hardware, software and labour) This allows you to plan and allocate resources to get the best from them.
