When you need support, either a visit by an engineer or someone on the phone, a Care Plan could provide you with a level of cover that delivers support with one call.
By subscribing to a care Plan help is just a phone call or email away, there is no need to raise invoices for each visit and you have the benefit of a 4 hour emergency response during normal working hours.
Care Plans are customised to your needs, taking into account the number of people you have and the systems that you operate, but they start from only £208 + VAT per month.
iTEXS supplies ongoing support contracts



The Care Plans provided by iTEXS are operated as a rolling month contract - so you only need to give 30 days notice if you wish to stop.
By running the Care Plan this way you are always in charge, you are not locked into an annual contract with large payments up front - you just pay us at the start of each month.
When on a Care Plan we can provide support by sending an engineer to your premises, remotely access your systems or helping you over the phone
Different methods may be needed for different issues but as a Care Plan client you will receive priority response and always have the phone answered by a person.
Because we do not tie you in to an annual contract your Care Plan can be changed to reflect your business needs. So, as you grow and need extra support the plan can be expanded to suit.
But have no fear about meeting an unexpected situation, we can simply top up your normal hours at a flat rate if needed - no penalties or extra charges.
