Support - pay-as-you-go or monthly care plan
Support is provided as either pay-as-you-go or by subscribing to a monthly Care Plan.
For business users (where networks, multiple workstations and servers are involved) a Care Plan offers a flexible and rapid response solution. With no call out charges, and paperwork kept to a minimum, this is a solution that minimises overhead whilst maximising the support.
For those operating stand alone IT, or for more un occasional support, then a pay-as-you-go service is offered. Each time you use our services we will charge you for the time used on a consultancy basis.
iTEXS LTD puts no restrictions on the areas of IT we will help you with. We recognise that it is your business/home that needs support and this often involves a mixture of software, hardware and connectivity.
