Some of your files and directories are not visible, so if you want to see all the files on your PC then you will need to change some settings.

Windows 7

- Click on “Control Panel”

- Click on “Tools” on the top

 - Click on “Folder Options”

- Click on “View” TAB

Windows XP

- Click on “Control Panel”

- Click on “Tools” on the top

 - Click on “Folder Options”

- Click on “View” TAB

You should now have the “Folder Options”  Box shown on the right.

From this box you can Click on “Show hidden files, folders and drives”

Also you can take off the “Hide protected operating system files” if you want to see everything.

Just remember not to delete anything that is needed now you can see it!
