After taking over the IT support contract for over 35 machines, iTEXS were tasked with replacing the current physical server
which included multiple virtual servers to host Microsoft Exchange and SQL. Upon completion iTEXS then implemented an offsite backup solution and a secure VPN network so staff could work from home and from client’s offices.
With this in place iTEXS then migrated their current MS Office package over to MS Office 365, which also included the installation of new PCs and laptops as required.
As CIGA have expanded and have taken on new offices iTEXS have run a fibre optic cable between the new and old offices to assist with this expansion and general improvement of their infrastructure.
