iTEXS was established in 2002 with the aim of providing outsourced computer services to companies and home users in the area.

Since then we have established a reputation for delivering high quality services to many companies in and around the region.

We pride ourselves on our very high client retention rate, because we know that you will only stay with someone who meets your needs completely.

We offer our services as either an ongoing support contract (typically for companies) or pay-as-you-go (for those that only need occasional support)

Neil Almond established iTEXS using his many years of experience in IT support and management in a corporate environment. His aim was to provide local businesses with the same level of support to that found in large corporations, with a personal service.

In just two years, iTEXS had become a well-respected local company with an excellent reputation and an increasing loyal client list. To assist him in expanding it further, Neil teamed up with David Kilpatrick, a long-time friend and colleague with experience in sales, marketing and customer service.  

As iTEXS continued to grow, larger premises and more people were needed so the headquarters moved from Cambridge to Copley Hill Business Park in Babraham. Two engineers were recruited and an alliance was formed with a telecoms provider to increase the range of iTEXS services.

iTEXS continues to flourish and is attracting larger corporate clients while maintaining the original mission of the company; to provide an affordable, personal service to local businesses, whatever their size, with no compromise on quality of equipment, software, engineering expertise and service.

Were based just outside Cambridge with plenty of free parking!

Our headquarters is at Copley Hill Business Park just outside Cambridge.  From here, we service clients in Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Ely, Saffron Walden, Haverhill, St Neots, Royston, St Ives, Bishops Stortford, Harlow – and anywhere in between.
